Usain Bolt doesn't really go any where on his spare time but trains and eats the right amount of food and calories that he needs and his training schedule is he works out six days a week and he does an intense workout, that includes running to work on his legs and he also does flexing exercises so nothing happens while he is running in the Olympics like cramps or other things, more things that he does are frog leaps,high knee skip,ankle rolls,step ups. Usain Bolt does all of those for 3 hours a day and for the rest of the day he just relaxes so he can regain strength for the next day. His diet looks like he always eats chicken so he can have protein in his high, he also eats rice so he can regain energy quickly, some other things that he eats for his diet is fresh vegetables because it gives the body a good amount of vitamins and minerals for the body.
